Businesses spend heavily on selling and get very little back.
Most leaders treat sales as a side job rather than a system. So it sits low in the company, nobody manages it closely, and the pay plan rewards the wrong things. People often arrive in the role because they could not find other work, and never learn it properly.
The result is revenue that arrives in bursts. One good seller has a good month. Nobody can explain why the next one was bad.
A heart that beats only when you remind it is an emergency. Most businesses run their selling exactly that way and treat it as normal.

What we do
We make sales results steady instead of random.
We rebuild how a business sells: the strategy, the structure, the incentives, the systems and the people. Then, where it makes sense, we stay and run it.
Knowing what next month will look like is the thing most companies cannot buy anywhere else. It is the only thing we sell.
The order matters, because each one rests on the one before it.
01
Product
Usually built on the founder's instinct rather than on evidence. If the product is wrong, priced wrong or aimed at the wrong buyer, no amount of selling repairs it.
02
Strategy
Rarely written down. Who you sell to, why they buy and how you reach them are assumed rather than decided.
03
Systems
Missing. Selling is treated as an event rather than a process, which is why results come in bursts. A process can be measured and repeated. An event cannot.
04
People
Unskilled and unqualified, placed in the wrong roles and paid the wrong way for the job you need them to do.
Most firms start at People, because a weak team is the part you can see and training is the easy sale. That is why so much sales training changes nothing. We start at Product, because a sales problem is often a product problem in disguise.
We score each area from absent to compounding. Four means it keeps working after any individual leaves. The lowest score sets the ceiling on everything else, so that is where we start.
Product
Intuitive · priced on instinct, fix first
Strategy
Defined · written down, not followed
Systems
Defined · nothing measured beyond closed revenue
People
Managed · a capable team inside a broken system
Fix firstNeeds workWorking
An example, not a real client. Most businesses score highest on People and lowest on Product, which is why training the team so rarely changes the number.
Five levels of involvement. You choose how deep we go.
Every engagement starts with the same examination. After that, we can hand you the plan, build the function for you, work it with your team, or take the whole thing on ourselves.

Pulse Check
A fast read of your sales function.
We look at all four areas: product, strategy, systems and people. You get a score on each, the three things hurting you most, and one clear recommendation on what to fix first.
Best forOwners who know sales is not working but cannot say why.
A complete audit, then we design what replaces it: the strategy, team structure, pay plan, systems, and the sales and marketing plan. We hand it over for your team to run.
Best forBusinesses with a capable team that needs a proper plan.
After the audit we stay and drive the work with your own people: weekly reviews, forecasting and coaching, until the results are steady. We direct, your team sells.
Best forA team already in place that needs leadership and discipline.
We hire and employ the team, take charge of marketing and fund the cost upfront. We recover it from the sales we make and earn a commission on each one. If nothing sells, we do not get paid.
Best forLarge-ticket sales, such as property, where you cannot fund a team yourself.
Two services you can add to any of the five above, or take on their own.
We train
Academy
We teach selling as a craft.
Open courses for individuals who want to learn to sell properly, and tailored programmes for your team, built on your own products, buyers and objections.
Best forNew and existing sales people, and teams that need a common way of selling.
We recruit sales people, from team members to sales directors, against the job profile our audit produced. We judge every candidate on whether they can sell, not on their CV.
Best forBusinesses building or rebuilding a sales team, or replacing a key hire.

We work with established businesses and with startups, in any industry, across Africa and mostly online. The one service with limits is Heartbeat, which only works where a single sale is large enough to carry a team.
Most firms advise you and send a bill. We will also run it ourselves and pay for it.
Where a business cannot carry the cost of building a sales function, we carry it. We employ the team, control the marketing, and fund the spend upfront, then recover it from the sales we produce and take a commission on each one.
We do not offer that to everyone, and we will not fund something we believe will not sell. But being willing to put our own money behind the plan is what should make you believe the plan.
It also changes the incentive. If nothing sells, we do not get paid either.
A short, fixed-price read of your sales function across all four areas. Two to three weeks. You get a score on each, the three things hurting you most, and one clear recommendation.
If you go ahead with a full engagement within sixty days, the fee comes off it.
